Terms of sale
These terms apply to a purchase of THE RELEASE FILE for a one-time price of CHF 20.
1. Scope and acceptance
These terms govern the sale of THE RELEASE FILE by Elie Payot, trading as Elantra, 11 chemin des Crevis, 1874 Champéry, Switzerland. The seller can be contacted at elantra.agency@gmail.com.
By selecting the acceptance box and clicking “Pay CHF 20”, the customer confirms that they have read and accepted the terms before checkout.
2. Product
The product contains two 110-page PDF files, one French edition and one English edition. They include educational information, frameworks, checklists and operating methods related to music releases, distribution, discovery, analysis, catalog growth and responsible AI-assisted creation. No call, audit, individual support, subscription, community or promotion service is included.
3. Price and payment
The total displayed price is CHF 20 as a one-time payment. No subscription is created. Payment is securely processed by Stripe using the methods available on its checkout page.
4. Order and delivery
The contract is formed when the customer accepts the terms, submits the order and payment is authorized. Stripe provides electronic confirmation. Immediate download access is provided through the page opened after confirmation. The customer should save both files to their device.
5. Withdrawal and refunds
Swiss law does not provide a general statutory right to cancel every online purchase. No voluntary return is offered once access to the digital files has been provided.
Where mandatory consumer law creates a withdrawal right, including for certain European consumers, the customer expressly requests immediate digital delivery and acknowledges that the applicable withdrawal right ends once access begins.
Mandatory rights are never excluded. A request may be reviewed for duplicate payment, a defective file or a technical delivery failure that could not be corrected. A change of mind after access does not create a voluntary refund right.
6. Personal licence
Purchase grants a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to read the publications. Sharing, resale, substantial reproduction, online publication or using the content to create a competing copy is prohibited.
7. Results and responsibility
No playlist placement, platform acceptance, stream count, revenue or commercial result is guaranteed. The customer remains responsible for music, licences, metadata, spending, taxes and professional decisions. Platform rules may change and must be checked before action.
8. Prohibited uses
The publications must not be used to purchase artificial streams, impersonate an artist, infringe copyright, evade platform controls or distribute content without the necessary rights.
9. Complaints and applicable law
A complaint should be sent to elantra.agency@gmail.com and identify the order, payment date and problem. The agreement is governed by Swiss law, subject to any more protective mandatory consumer rules that apply in the customer’s country. The parties should first seek an amicable solution.
10. Changes and severability
The version displayed when the order is placed applies to that purchase. If one clause is invalid, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
