1. Controller

The controller is Elie Payot, trading as Elantra, 11 chemin des Crevis, 1874 Champéry, Switzerland. Privacy requests can be sent to elantra.agency@gmail.com.

2. Data concerned

Depending on use, processed data may include IP address, browser and security logs, email address, payment name, country, transaction information and support correspondence. THE RELEASE FILE does not receive the full payment-card number; Stripe processes that data.

3. Purposes

• displaying and securing the site;
• processing and confirming the order;
• delivering the digital files;
• handling support requests and disputes;
• meeting accounting, tax and legal obligations.

4. Service providers

Necessary data may be shared with providers responsible for hosting, security, payment and technical delivery. Stripe processes payment data under its own privacy policy.

5. International transfers and retention

Some providers may process data outside Switzerland or the EEA using the transfer mechanisms or contractual safeguards they make available. Data is retained only as long as required for delivery, support, disputes and applicable accounting, tax or legal obligations.

6. Cookies and audience measurement

The current version does not intentionally install advertising cookies or a marketing pixel. Strictly necessary technical data may still be processed by the hosting infrastructure and by Stripe when checkout is opened.

8. Security and updates

Reasonable technical and organisational safeguards are used to limit unauthorized access. No internet transmission can be guaranteed risk-free. This policy may be updated if providers or processing activities change.
